• Preferred session date
• Session type selected
• Any details you share in the message field

We do not collect payment information. Payments are processed externally through Venmo or Cash App — those platforms have their own privacy policies, and no payment data passes through this website.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the booking form is used solely to:

• Review and confirm photography session requests
• Contact you about your session date, time, and details
• Coordinate logistics for your shoot

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Information

Booking submissions are stored securely in a cloud database provided by Supabase, which is hosted on servers in the United States. Supabase employs industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

We retain booking records as long as they are needed to manage your session and for reasonable follow-up. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — cloud database for booking storage. No personal data is shared beyond what is necessary to store your submission.
• Open-Meteo — free weather API used to show a forecast for your selected session date. No personal information is sent to Open-Meteo.
• Vercel — web hosting platform for this website. Vercel may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.

Cookies

This website uses minimal technical cookies required for basic functionality (such as session authentication for the admin dashboard). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
