Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee a confirmed session. All bookings are subject to Morgan Bagshaw’s availability and confirmation.
After submitting the booking form, you will receive a text message from Morgan to confirm your session date and details. Your session is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
By submitting the booking form, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Session fees are:
Payment is collected manually via Venmo (@MorganBagshawPhoto) or Cash App ($MorganBagshaw) after Morgan has confirmed your session. Payment is not processed automatically through this website.
Full payment is due prior to or at the time of your session unless a separate arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit any deposit paid.
If Morgan needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund of any payment made or an alternative session date — your choice.
Edited photos will be delivered within one week of your session date. Delivery is provided via an online gallery link.
Each package includes 150–250 professionally edited photos. The exact number will vary depending on the session length, number of subjects, and variety of shots captured.
Raw, unedited files are not included and are not available for download.
Client use: You receive a personal-use license for all delivered photos. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and non-commercial personal use. You may not sell or license the images to third parties.
Photographer use: Morgan Bagshaw retains the right to use session photos for portfolio display, social media, website, and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise at the time of booking. If you have specific privacy requirements, please note them in your booking message.
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If weather makes shooting unsafe or impractical, Morgan will reach out to reschedule at no additional cost.
Weather forecast information shown on this website is provided by Open-Meteo and is for informational purposes only. Morgan Bagshaw Photography makes no guarantees regarding forecast accuracy.
Morgan Bagshaw Photography will make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality results. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control that result in loss of images, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of York County, South Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of this website after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
